Full Time Solicitor wanted in our Sydney Office and Brisbane Office 

Legal Point Lawyers and Attorneys is looking for full time solicitor to join our Sydney Office and Brisbane Office.

Legal Point Lawyers & Attorneys is a well established Law firm with over a decade’s worth of experience in a variety of areas of law.

Beginning as a practice dealing mainly with conveyancing, property, family law and immigration law matters, our firm has expanded over the years, and our expertise now also includes corporate law (buying, merging, or setting up companies), commercial and civil litigation, and criminal law, among others. We have successfully acted for large commercial clients in complex corporate mergers, company acquisitions and property settlements, and we have successfully defended the interests of individual clients in litigation and criminal matters. We pride ourselves on expanding our expertise and keeping up with the leading edge of legal practice.

We have multilingual solicitors and notary public who can speak English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese.

We currently have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

• We are looking for 2-3 solicitors who have at least two years post admission experience to join our Brisbane CBD Office and Sydney CBD Office.

The successful candidate will be required with experience in one of the areas of Litigation, Conveyancing, Retail Lease, Commercial Transaction, or Immigration Law.

The role requires the solicitors have the following skills and ability:

1. Proven depth of knowledge, experience and skills in the relevant practice areas;
2. Can work independently with minimal supervision;
3. Strong research and communication skills;
4. Strong communication skills and feel confident in talking with clients from different culture background;
5. Willing to and can do all the work covering different areas of law;
6. Ability to work under pressure and willing to help other members;
7. Responsible and reliable;
8. Speak fluent Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese, but not essential; and
9. Qualified Notary Public will be an advantage, but not essential.

Solicitor Wanted in Melbourne

We are looking for a solicitor who has at least two years post-admission experience to join our Melbourne Office.

The successful candidate will assist the principal solicitor in Conveyancing, Retail Lease, Commercial Transaction, Immigration Law, and litigation.

The role requires the candidate to have the following skills and ability:

1. Proven depth of knowledge and experience in property law, family law or immigration law;
2. Work independently with minimal supervision;
3. Strong research and communication skills;
4. Willing to and can do all the works covering different areas of law;
5. Ability to work under pressure and willing to help other members; and
6. Responsible and reliable.
